Alpha - Down

 

*Objective - Use cards to form single word with highest     point value

*Plays with 10 cards, 2+ players

Each player is dealt cards face down, cards are arranged in 2 rows of 5 cards each.

Play begins clockwise from dealer, by turning over cards until a word is formed. Play proceeds to next player who must turn over cards until a word of higher point value is formed.

Once completed, play proceeds clockwise with subsequent players being required to form words of increasingly higher point values to remain in the game.

Game is over when all cards have been turned. Winner is player with the single word with the highest point total.
