Alpha - Poker
*Objective - To form the single word with the highest point value
*Can be played as 5 or 7 cards, stud or draw, 2+ players
*5 Card Draw
Play begins with all players placing an ante bet. Cards are dealt
face down. Player clockwise from dealer places initial bet. After
all bets,players trade in selected cards (up to 3). After trading
is completed, player clockwise from dealer bets again. When
all betting is completed, cards are shown. Player with the single
word with the highest point total takes the pot.
For 7 card stud, deal as 2 down, 4 up, 1 down, with betting taking place as each round is dealt.
Alpha - Poker can be played as any combination of 5 or 7 cards, stud or draw, with the added option of trading in up to 4 cards for the 7 card draw game.
